OPENING HOURS: Our Northside Brisbane Bridal Studio is currently open the following days/hours in 2026 by appointment only (subject to change from March 2026):
- Wednesday 10:00am-4:30pm
- Saturday 9am-6pm
- Closed Sundays & Public Holidays
APPOINTMENT FEES: For appointments from 2026 onwards, we have introduced a $25 non-refundable fee for appointments 45min or longer, redeemable on product purchase of $250 or more. This is to ensure we are working with those who are seriously looking to find their dress, and value our time and expertise. 15min appointments will remain free. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept our appointment fee and cancellation policies.
GUESTS: We recommend bringing no more than 4 guests to your appointment (slightly flexible), due to space and too many opinions. We suggest bringing only those who will allow you to voice your opinion first, and will support you in your choices. You are also welcome to come by yourself.
PHOTOS: Yes, we allow you to take photos and videos at your appointment, in case you need to reflect on them afterwards in order to make a decision.
WAITLIST: As we generally book out several months in advance, if you require a specific day/time for your appointment, and it is currently fully booked, please Contact Us or message us on Facebook or Instagram to go on our waitlist.
BEST TIMES TO BOOK: 6-12 months before your wedding is best for reorders and custom designs. 0-6 months is best for buying off the rack. If you are changing size rapidly, we suggest waiting until closer to your wedding and buy off the rack.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: A valid email is required for booking, and will require confirmation before the booking is approved. Please check your spam/junk for your booking confirmation. If you haven't received a booking confirmation within 10 minutes of completing the below form, please Contact Us or message us on Facebook or Instagram so we can confirm that we have received your booking.
