Laneway Bridal ships within Australia only. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Laneway Bridal also offers free pickup by appointment from the Taigum Brisbane Bridal Studio. Details below.
Processing Time
• In-stock items:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Special order / preorder items:
Processing times vary depending on the designer and production timelines. Estimated timeframes will be communicated at the time of order.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Metro areas: 2–6 business days
• Regional areas: 4–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking and signature on delivery. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, Laneway Bridal is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by Australia Post
• Lost or stolen parcels
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
If you experience delivery issues, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PayPal orders are shipped only to the confirmed PayPal address.
Laneway Bridal is not responsible for:
• Parcels delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
• Re-shipping costs if an order is returned due to an incorrect address
